Congratulations, if you have got a call from IIM Indore.
IIM Indore's management programs and placement record make it a good choice for an MBA in HR. IIM Indore's MBA in HR program has several advantages:
IIM Indore's MBA in HR program offers a well-rounded education, industrial exposure, great employment chances, and a strong alumni network.
This is entirely a matter of your choice or preference. Both these courses have a very different offering from each other in terms of learning. One is a double bachelor (BA LLB) and the other is a Bachelor's + Master’s degree (BBA-MBA). You can choose one or the other on the basis of your interest. If you are someone who wants to pursue a career in law and be a lawyer, you should pick the course from NLSIU, and if the Management and business side of things is where your interests lie, the clear choice is IIM Indore.
If placements are what concern you, IIM Indore is the winner as compared to NLSIU. IIM Indore’s Integrated Programme in Management has an average pay package of about 20 lakhs per annum which is way more than NLSIU’s median at 12 lakhs per annum for a BA LLB graduate. Along with this, IIM Indore also offers opportunities to be placed abroad, and those who get placed abroad can get a package up to 90 LPA, on the other hand, NLSIU doesn’t have much scope for placements abroad and the few that take place don’t garner more than a 20L PA package.
These score records are not good enough to predict whether you’d get admission into IIM Indore or not. But the possibilities are meager since IIM Indore is one of the few colleges that give too much weightage to your past academic scores. Here’s a table for your reference:

It is very evident that for you to have a shortlist call you need to score exceptionally well in CAT and be in the top 1 % in the country. Once you get the PI call, it would be totally up to you and you will have a fair chance of converting your interview call. It gives 40 % weightage to your PI score so start working on your resume and give as many mocks as possible if you’re preparing for next year.

IIM Indore's Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) is a highly competitive program with a stringent admissions process. While academic achievements are a significant criterion for admission, there are various additional aspects that are considered during the selection process.
To be eligible for IPM IIM Indore, a candidate must have obtained a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in their 10th and 12th-grade examinations. However, having only 60-70 percent in 12th grade and no outstanding achievements may make admission to the program challenging.
IIM Indore conducts an Aptitude Test (AT) followed by a Personal Interview (PI) to assess a candidate's overall suitability for the program. Candidates are examined on a variety of variables, including academic performance, leadership potential, extracurricular activities, and work experience (if any).
