The entrance examination conducted by NTTF Bangalore is primarily based upon subjects taught in schools up till High School. Those topics would be sufficient for the exam,
If you have good academic records and are good at grasping concepts quickly, then you can remember all of them once and attempt the examination. If you do not perform that well, you can refer to the topics being asked in the examination again.
You will find basic questions from Physics, Maths, and Chemistry. The entrance exam is not tough and you can surely secure a good score to get admission at the institute.
Before getting admission at the institute, it must be noted that the quality of education has been declining as NTTF is allowing a large number of students to get admission at the institute.
After choosing the course you wish to pursue, visit the official website of NTTF several times around June and July. During this time, the institute releases the admission form for the entrance examination for eligible aspirants.
The common entrance examinations that are held by the institute to grant admission to candidates are for the following courses.
The process to be followed to get admission at the institute is as follows.
This examination is usually scheduled during July at the various centers of NTTF. You can refer to the official website of the institution for more details or can contact the institute via mail, or a phone call.
One of my friends completed his PG in Tool Design a few years back. His experience at the institute was pretty good.
If you are a Mechanical Engineer then NTTF is the perfect place for you to explore and learn.
Nettur Technical Training Foundation (NTTF) does not have an AICTE approval yet which is needed for your degree to be recognized as valid by other institutions in the country. If you are planning to do higher studies after the diploma from NTTF, then you may not get opportunities as it is not recognized. There is no point in doing a degree that is not recognized.
However, if you are looking for just a job after the course and nothing else, then it is good. It has good placement records and you will get ample opportunities for the same. I would say think twice before coming to this college if you are still not sure whether you are doing this course for just a job or higher studies.
Although NTTF is an amazing institute for gaining practical and technical knowledge, it still is not the perfect option. One of the reasons for its current situation is that it lost the recognition of the government and it also lost the competition. Engineering on the other hand opens a number of doors in the areas of career and higher studies. As an engineering graduate, you will have more recognition and value.
Engineering institutes impart practical, technical, and theoretical knowledge. In addition to that, engineering institutes also award degree certificates. NTTF only gives you a diploma on the completion of the course and it is inferior to the quality of a B.Tech degree.
After reading some reviews online, I think that the Indo German Tool Room (IGTR) Aurangabad is better than NTTF Bangalore. It just comes below CTTC Bhubaneswar in terms of quality. Here are some things that make it stand out among others.
Categories | IGTR Aurangabad |
Course Fee | 70,000 - 1 lakh |
Highest CTC | 3 LPA |
Average CTC | 2.4-2.6 LPA |
Recruiting Companies | Tata Mahindra, Minda Corp, Varroc, Endurance, etc. |
The only problem with IGTR Aurangabad is that it has very strict rules and regulations. Students are supposed to maintain discipline while inside the college premises. Otherwise, it is a very good course and institute.
The experience you will get in NTTF will transform you from an ordinary engineer to an advanced one. However, it is important that you work hard and diligently.
NTTF is unquestionably superior to the standard Engineering Master's degree program in India. Tool Design course will assist you in technical preparation for industry challenges.
The institute has great connections and tie-ups with leading manufacturers in India and abroad. You can rely on NTTF to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
I know a few people who graduated from NTTF. According to their experience, NTTF is quite strict.
So, NTTF is pretty strict about its rules and regulations.
In NTTF Bangalore there are two centers, E-City and Peenya. I know someone who studied in the E-City NEC campus and the courses she and her batchmates were offered are:
Other courses offered by NTTF Bangalore are M.Tech, ME, Polytechnic, etc.
The courses offered in NTTF Bangalore focus on 70% practical training and 30% theoretical. Achieving a holistic learning experience through workshops, the latest training methods, soft skills development curriculum, library, and internet facilities is the objective.
Avoid getting admission to this institute. If you have to do this course anyway from NTTF, then go to the Bangalore campus as it would be a more sensible option.
Mechatronics is a combination of Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, and Computer science and engineering. This is an emerging sector seeing the rate at which digital systems, gadgets, automation, and robotics fields are growing.
The faculty at NTTF Tellicheery are average and the lab facilities are just fine. However, the placements are not good and in fact, they are pitiful. The fee charged for this course is not worth it. A degree in B.Tech will be more valuable than a diploma with the same fee.
