I attended Wilson College for both my Junior College years and my BMS program, and I met a wide variety of people from all over the country. I made some great friends and learned about different cultures along the way. During my BMS years, I learned a lot both in the classroom and outside of it, especially through Adorea, the department's annual festival. Being deeply involved in this event taught me practical skills and helped me become more street-smart. Working with a large team for the festival allowed me to interact with numerous business professionals, which improved my ability to assess people's character.

The placement cell at Wilson College is quite active and attracts many reputable companies to recruit students. As for Dr. Zuleika, while some might have found her strict, her approach is meant to ensure students attend classes and participate in extracurricular activities. These experiences are crucial for truly understanding the essence of "MANAGEMENT."

While Wilson may not have the most glamorous crowd, it is filled with sincere individuals who come to learn. The college, with its rich history of over 180 years, even older than the university it is affiliated with, offers a wonderful campus and a pretty decent canteen.

As a first-year BMM student at Wilson College, I can say it's a solid choice. They take attendance pretty seriously here, and the projects keep us on our toes. The college fests are definitely a highlight. Like any place, BMM at Wilson has its ups and downs, but it's a journey worth taking.

The teachers are top-notch, especially Sudhakar sir, who has a great reputation in Mumbai, and I understand why now. The student crowd is nice, the staff is approachable, and the vibe is always upbeat, motivating you to challenge yourself.

We also have an annual camp and an industrial visit, both of which were unique and enjoyable learning experiences. If you pick BMM at Wilson, prepare for some late nights with around 4 hours of sleep, lots of work, meeting new faces, and learning constantly!

The BSc in biotechnology is a solid course to pursue. However, Wilson College doesn't offer it anymore; they stopped a few years back. But you can opt for a BSc in Microbiology there, which is available. After completing your BSc in Microbiology, you could then go on to do an MSc in biotechnology.

I’ve been enjoying my experience in the BMS program at Wilson College. The structure is really tailored for future careers, especially in finance and marketing. The faculty is quite supportive, and they encourage us to engage in various projects and presentations, which helps a lot. However, I do think they should work on providing more internship opportunities, especially for finance students, as most are focused on marketing. The campus life is vibrant, and there are lots of activities and events that make it fun.

I would say Wilson College is a good option for BMM, especially if you’re looking for hands-on experience. The assignments are pretty extensive and can really prepare you for the industry. I got a job offer even before finishing my course, which speaks volumes.

However, the faculty should focus more on practical knowledge rather than just theoretical stuff. The campus life is vibrant with many fests like Ole and Polaris, which adds to the overall experience. Just be prepared to manage your attendance if you want to avoid any issues.

Wilson College feels like it's straight out of a film set! Situated right across from the sea, this place will enchant you with its vintage appeal. Classes start early, but don't worry if you skip breakfast. Anna’s Samosa Sambar, a unique but tasty combo, will sort you out.

The faculty is young, lively, and really skilled, making lectures enjoyable. And if you ever find yourself drifting off, just gaze out the window and let your imagination wander.

The blackwood staircase, just above Sir John Wilson’s statue, has been around for nearly 186 years, carrying not just sand from the sea but countless memories. The hall is enormous, with railings that are sturdy and reliable. Lean on them as much as you like—they won't let you down. The corridors will make you feel like you've traveled back in time.

One of the best things about Wilson College is the welcoming vibe. No one judges you here, regardless of your attire—be it shorts, skirts, or salwar—or where you come from. You'll be greeted with warmth and respect.

Around the college, you'll find plenty of affordable eateries. But you have to check out Cafe New York, Shiv Sagar Restaurant, and Paramount Cafe. The food there is impressive. If restaurants aren't your thing, just head to the beach barefoot and enjoy treats like Cold Pani-puri, Pav-Bhaji, Sandwiches, Kulfi with Rabri, and the best Golas in the world.
