How much 10th, 12th and graduation percentage matters to get admission in NITIE through GATE?
I have a few friends who graduated from NITIE, so I think I can give you some insight regarding the admission procedure. The academic scores of your 10th, 12th, and graduation do matter to get in NITIE through entrance exams.
Here is the weightage distribution for selection.
- 50% weightage is given on the CAT exam or the GATE exam percentile score.
- 35% weightage given on Academic Records of 10th,12th, and graduation.
- 15% weightage given on GD round and Personal Interview (PI).
Your work experience also matters. However, having a low score during your school or college should not discourage you as NITIE puts more emphasis on the GD and PI rounds.
Why is the 2nd round KCET cutoff of PES University Electronic City Campus CSE lower than even Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering CSE?
This must be because of location and the accessibility to the Electronic City as the area is heavily crowded due to traffic.
Moreover, the intake in CSE at PES University EC Campus is 480, while it is 180 in DSCE. It is bad luck for those who did not make an informed choice as they might face repercussions in 2023.
Furthermore, comparing PES with Dayanand, which lies in the heart of South Bangalore and it is a favorite place. With easy access and a peaceful environment, Dayanand Sagar is more preferred among students.
What is the cutoff at NIT Surathkal for an MBA course?
NIT Surathkal offers candidates a full-time 2-year MBA program the total fee of which is INR 2.5 lakhs. To be eligible for this program, you must have completed your bachelor's with at least 50% marks or 5.5 CGPA from any recognized university. However, I am strongly against you joining this institute as its MBA program has no value. Go to a full time-dedicated MBA B-school, and not a department of any Government college. It will help you save money and time.
How many marks do I need to get admission for CUSAT?
For non-Keralite candidates, to get into CUSAT, you need to secure a minimum of 60%. CUSAT has campuses in Kochi and a remote area of Alappuzha district. For a rank under 2000, you will get admission to the Kochi campus, otherwise, you will get into the Alappuzha campus. I would suggest you work hard and get into the Kochi campus. To get into the Kochi campus, you will have to score a minimum of 60%, and to get a good branch like CSE and Safety, you will have to get more than 75%.
What is the CMAT score for IMT Nagpur and IMT Hyderabad?
CMAT 2023 has not been released yet so I have mentioned IMT Hyderabad and IMT Nagpur CMAT cutoff 2022 instead.

Your JELET rank should be under 1000. You can easily achieve that as the exam is not very tough and most of the questions are from the basics of 11th and 12th. So all the questions should be easy.

What is the recent GD-PI cutoff of IBS Hyderabad?
Firstly IBS Hyderabad does not reveal its ISBAT or GD-PI cutoffs. You are not informed about your individual scores let alone your GD-PI scores. The students who get shortlisted are sent an invitation letter for the GD-PI round. Once you have successfully completed the round and have been selected, GD-PI performance along with the college campus allotted to you. However, these marks serve no purpose of cutoffs and therefore should not be considered a general cutoff. Many candidates who got 98 percentile get selected while many with even 78 percentile. Their criteria is unpredictable and therefore no cutoff is fixed.
What is the cutoff for VIIT Pune CSE/IT?
VIIT Pune cutoff for CSE/IT usually stays around 100 or above in CET examination. During 2021 admission the required CET cutoff was 90.53 and 92.47 for IT and CSE, respectively. For TFWS seats, the required score usually stays above 125 or more.
VIIT Pune accepts JEE Main scores as well. CSE and IT cutoff scores for JEE Mains 2021 were 2401 and 3012, respectively.

Branches offered in B.Tech are Civil, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, Automation and Robotics, Biotechnology. There are fewer branches after the institute became a university.

After the conversion into university, the number of branches at KLE Tech was reduced. As a result, the number of seats at the existing branches was increased. That is the main reason why KLE Technological University has a lower cutoff as compared to before. This is also the reason, why KLE Tech has a lower cutoff as compared to other good colleges in Bangalore.
