NL Damia’s admission process is done based on the profile of each candidate, and every aspirant should appear for the GD-PI process. The division of mark schemes in the valuation is listed below.
Total - 100 marks
So, the exact cut-off range is not predictable here and the admission process depends on the entire profile of the candidate
The marks required to get into NIT Srinagar depend on the branch you want to get admission. The cutoff for branches like CSE and IT is usually higher and you're expected to score at least 170+ in your JEE Mains and for core branches like Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil you need 150+ marks. But this cutoff is subject to change every year depending on the number of candidates appearing and difficulty level. Here are the branch-wise cutoff ranks for the general category

To stay on the safe side, try to score 150+ marks JEE Main to get into NIT Srinagar for a general category student.
It is difficult to predict your chances of converting your calls from SIBM Pune, SCMHRD, or SIBM Bangalore as apart from a good percentile in SNAP there are various factors that are taken into consideration during the selection process apart from the percentile in entrance exams. These factors include academic background, work experience (if any), performance in Group Exercise (GE), Personal Interview (PI), and Written Ability Test (WAT), among others.

Having a 98.0456 percentile is a good score and puts you in a competitive position for the admission process but that does not guarantee the final call as WAT weighted is important and big enough to ignore.
So, to increase your chances of converting your calls, you should prepare well for the GE, PI, and WAT rounds by improving your communication and presentation skills, staying updated with current affairs, practicing writing essays, and answering interview questions.

The overall cutoff for JEE-Main is 4137 - 20625 rank. Based on the JEE Main Rank vs. Marks analysis, you need a score between 121-180 to get admission to IIIT Delhi.
if you have both Delhi state quota AND defence quota, here's how it works at DTU/NSUT:
Delhi state quota: 85% of seats at DTU, NSUT, IIIT Delhi reserved for students who passed 12th from Delhi schools. significantly lowers the required rank.
Defence quota: separate 5% horizontal reservation for children/dependents of defence personnel (serving/retired/ex-servicemen) at these colleges. this is across all categories.
when you have both Delhi state + defence quota combined: your effective competition pool is very small — you're competing only against other Delhi-domicile defence quota candidates. the cutoff rank for this specific category is significantly lower than the regular Delhi quota.
realistic AIR for DTU via Delhi+Defence quota:
apply through JAC Delhi counseling (jac.delhi.gov.in). select both Delhi state and defence category when filling the form. make sure you have the correct documents (domicile certificate + defence ID/discharge book). specific cutoffs vary yearly.
In 2017, all the NITS saw a drop in their cutoff ranks. The reason was the removal of class 12th boards percentage from JEE Mains rank calculation.
Here is a simple example to get my point across-
A-1, B-2, C-3, D-4, E-5, F-6, G-7, and so on.
C-1, D-2, E-3, B-4, F-5, A-6, H-7, and so on.
Now, A,B,C took the 3 seats in IITs, and D,E,F got into NITs. So, the cutoff for IITs was 3, and that for NITs was 5 ( as F was the last one to get into NIT, with rank 5 in JEE Mains).
B-1, D-2, A-3, C-4, F-5, E-6, K-8, and so on.
If A,B,C took IITs, and D,E,F got into NITs, the cutoffs for NITs was 6 ( as E with rank 6 was the last person to get in).
Here, the cutoff went down by 1 rank. But when lakhs of students attempt an exam, such a change brings down the cutoffs by hundreds and thousands.
This is the reason why MANIT Bhopal cutoffs went down from that year.
Allahabad University is known for its Arts faculty. In the Arts faculty, there are 15 different departments. The main campus alone takes about 2000 students each year.
The cutoff varies each year depending on different factors. However, the competition is not that tough. If you have done about 60 questions out of 150 correctly then you can easily get selected. In 2021, the required cutoff for all categories in the first round was 186. However, to get hostel accommodation will have to secure around 220 marks.
Admission requirements for IIM Kashipur have been relaxed for 2023. Only candidates who score higher than the minimum cut-offs in the CAT 2022 sectional percentile ranks, and overall percentile rank, and have a positive (greater than zero) raw score in all CAT-2022 sections are considered for shortlisting.
The table below shows the minimum performance required for candidates to be considered for the PI and WAT. Obtaining the cut-off percentile in the CAT, on the other hand, is a necessary but not sufficient condition for being shortlisted by IIM Kashipur.
| CATEGORY | IIM Kashipur cut off for Section-1 VARC | IIM Kashipur cut off for Section-2 DILR | IIM Kashipur cut off for Section-3 Quant | IIM Kashipur cut off - Overall CAT 2022 Percentile |
| General | 70 | 70 | 70 | 90 |
| EWS | 40 | 40 | 40 | 70 |
| NC-OBC | 45 | 45 | 45 | 74 |
| SC | 35 | 35 | 35 | 54 |
| ST | 25 | 25 | 32.5 | 40 |
| DAP | 25 | 25 | 32.5 | 40 |
For the class of 2023–25, the actual cut-off percentiles might be higher. The number of applicants called for the PI and WAT in each category will be determined by IIM Kashipur, and the cutoff percentiles may also change as a result.
The college does not release cut-offs for the reserved categories. However, it can be predicted from the general cut-off.
The cut-off for the general category usually lies between 97 percentile- 98 percentile. So, the cut-off for OBC can be 90-92 percentile and for other categories, it can lie around 80.
Since you have not mentioned any particular course, here is the past trend for PGDIM and PGDISEM.
| Program | Category | Overall Cut-off | Sectional Cut-off |
| PGDIM | OBC | 87+ percentile | 75+ percentile |
| PGDIM | SC/ST | 70+ percentile | 56+ percentile |
| PGDISEM | OBC | 84+ percentile | 68+ percentile |
| PGDISEM | SC/ST | 55+ percentile | 49+ percentile |
Note that these vary every year depending on the number of applications received.
