How good is the Scholar SAP Program with BITS Pilani?
The SAP program is an integrated approach to teaching and learning for students that was established in 2020. If you are from the field of computer science, then it is not wiser to take a Ms. After the completion of your degree, you will be placed in a good company with a salary package of around 7-7.5 lakh per annum. After two years, you can easily get exposed to a different technology within SAP. So, it is a good opportunity, especially for freshmen.

Since this college is relatively far away from the city, we will start to embrace the village and its cultural life. This college is culturally rich, and We will meet highly talented students with great enthusiasm and determination. This institute is blessed with an amazing coding culture. There are some students who are interested in entrepreneurship, while others can easily manage both sports and academics. We will learn new things and start to lead a simple life in the future.

BITS Pilani offers an incredible social life to its students. Since BITS is a combination of diverse cultures in India, you can meet students from various parts of the world.
Students have access to parties, social gatherings, and clubs outside the campus and can engage with more people. How are BITS Pilani and VIT better than IIT?
Both BITS and IITs are the best institutes in India, and they provide effective class and placement support to intelligent and aspiring candidates. But VIT is not up to the mark and cannot be compared with the other two institutes.
IIT has twenty-three campuses in India, while BITS only has three campuses, which is a major difference. This is one of the main factors that make IITs superior to BITS.
Apart from this, they gave quality education and a resourceful atmosphere to the students. Both of them have well-experienced scholars and rich alumni networks.

Does BITS Pilani get international offers for placements?
Yes, BITS Pilani students receive international offers for placements, especially those who pursue technological courses. Each year the CSE department receives high paying national and international offers. There are other departments as well that receive international offers.
However, to get such an offer you will have to stand out from the other students. To do this, you will have to maintain a perfect resume with the right number of internships and practical projects. Moreover, your English communication skills must be really good. If you work hard and maintain a good score, you will be considered for foreign job opportunities. You will have to ace the interview round to be considered for such roles. Do not lose hope and keep working hard.
If I am considering either a CSE at BITS Pilani, chemical engineering in any IIT, or ECE or CSE at NIT Trichy, which one should I choose?
You should give preference to courses rather than the college. It is necessary to know about them beforehand. I can provide you a brief idea about each of the courses so that your choice becomes a little easier.
- Chemical Engineering involves chemistry, physics, mathematics, and even economics. You can also check the course curriculum of the courses at some institutes such as IIT Bombay.
- ECE is not just about circuits, semiconductor electronics, and Integrated Circuits. It involves a lot of mathematics such as calculus, functions, probabilities, and complex numbers. It also involves coding. If you are not very familiar with coding, you can do some free courses from Coursera, edX, MIT OCW, etc. before starting the course.
- CSE will involve lots of coding. Also, the placements in any college generally tend to be better than in other branches. So you may consider CSE for that as well.
If you want to do CSE or ECE, then BITS Pilani would be an excellent choice. For Chemical Engineering, IIT Bombay is a very good choice.
NITs generally are very good in core branches and for CSE and ECE they may not be a very good choice as the faculty is not good.
What is the difference between EEE, EnI and ECE at BITS, Pilani?
BITS Pilani does not offer an Electronics and Communication Engineering Program. When comes to ENL and EEE, there are some key points you should keep in mind as an applicant, which are listed below
Opportunities – In the current scenario, EEE opens up more opportunities than ENL. For Instance, the Indian Engineering Examination is only applicable to students from ECE and EEE
Campus – BITS Pilani is far better than BITS Hyderabad as they have well-equipped lab and infrastructure
Placement – The three batches can sit for the placement, but the companies give more weight to Communication and Digital Signal Processing
So, it is better to choose EEE than ENL at BITS Pilani.
How is the campus life of BITS Pilani main campus when we compare it with IIT Delhi?
BITS Pilani is known for its huge and impressive campus and its beautiful infrastructure combined with top-quality education attracts many aspirants. There are some valid reasons I am stating as to why one should choose BITS Pilani over IIT Delhi
- There are no compulsory attendance rules which give you enough freedom to prioritize things and manage your time well
- The timetable is rather flow-like as it’s designed by the students itself and there are some additional electives apart from Engineering subjects to break the monotony.
- An excellent campus with top-notch infrastructural facilities makes the learning experience more comfortable for the students.
- BITS Pilani offers single rooms to its students from the second year itself giving the students a private dove to function well
- The school lays great emphasis on transforming theoretical knowledge into practice through compulsory internships which are a brilliant experience.
All these reasons convinced my sister to join BITS Pilani and today she is glad she took the decision.
Which is better: IIT Guwahati CS or BITS Pilani CS?
BITS Pilani CS is better. It offers better academics and placements to the students. As per the recent highlights of BITS Pilani placement, students of CSE receive an average CTC of around INR 17-20 LPA. Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Uber, etc. are some of the major recruiters that take part in the campus placements.
