It is difficult to say which is better between IIT Mandi and top NITs, as it depends on individual preferences and priorities. Both IIT Mandi and top NITs have their own strengths and weaknesses, and it would be best to research and compare them based on factors such as location, campus facilities, faculty, research opportunities, and placement records.
However, I feel the quality of college life offered is a very crucial factor. That being said, IIT Mandi offers a better campus experience than NITs.
Ultimately, the decision should be based on your own personal preferences and goals.
Every year, there is a change in the marking scheme and exam pattern of JEE Advanced so it’s difficult to tell you if you can get admission to IIT Mandi or Guwahati with a score of 250. The best way is to refer to the JEE Advanced cutoff. The IIT that will accept you depends on your JEE rank. You cannot predict the rank before the main JEE examination.
Here is the IIT Mandi and IIT Guwahati JEE Advanced cutoff 2022 for your reference (2022)

IIT Mandi:
NIT Warangal:
Ultimately, the choice between these three options will depend on your personal preferences and priorities.
These are very different choices and you should first make up your mind on the choice of stream.
Here is the relevant information on each stream from the different institutions:

Faculty to student ratio is 1:11-12, most of profs in electrical+CSE+DSE. Various facultty members, one of them in Prof. Gajendra as he takes a course called Design Practium where we build real world products applicable to startups, research and so. Most of the faculty are good, but a little are annoying who wants to do works in their way only. Less than 0.5% student fails exam, exams are structured like midsem, endsem, some times mini quizes
I am not too social person, love to live in solitude, but there is better campus life, many cubs are there important ones are trekking and mountain biking club and as usual drama, music, dance all are there along with tech clubs like coding, robotics, astronomy and many more. Many journals and books can be found in Library availabel in free of cost for specific persiod of thime and after that you have to get it reissued
