XISS Ranchi releases PGDM Summer Internship Report 2025; Highest Stipend Hits ₹1 Lakh

XISS Ranchi has released its PGDM Summer Internship Report 2025, with the highest stipend at ₹1 lakh.

XISS Ranchi has unveiled the Summer Internship Report for its PGDM 2024–26 batch, revealing a highest stipend of ₹1,00,000 per month and an average stipend of about ₹38,600 for the HRM specialization (2024–26).

In tandem, the institute released its placement schedule for 2025–26, reaffirmed its commitment to full placement support across all PGDM streams, and laid down policy provisions such as the “One Student – One Offer” rule and a Dream Job option.

While the summary highlights the HRM program, the XISS Ranchi Summer Internship Report provides insights across all four PGDM specializations.

For the PGDM in Human Resource Management (HRM), which had a batch size of 122 students, the highest stipend reached ₹1 lakh per month, with an average stipend of around ₹38,500 and a median stipend of ₹30,000.

In comparison, the PGDM in Rural Management recorded a highest stipend of ₹40,000, with an average of ₹13,500 and a median of ₹10,000.

The PGDM in Marketing Management saw stipends peaking at ₹40,000, with an average of ₹15,500 and a median of ₹15,000, while the PGDM in Financial Management offered a highest stipend of ₹20,000, averaging around ₹10,200, with a median of ₹10,000.

Now, those who successfully completed their Internship programs are now looking forward to getting a full time placement in either the same company or waiting for the XISS Ranchi 2025 Placement drive to get more attractive offers.

The institute’s Central Placement Cell, under the leadership of Dr. Amar E. Tigga (Dean & Chief Placement Coordinator), will conduct recruitment drives in collaboration with departmental student committees.

Each student is eligible for only one placement offer under normal conditions (One Student – One Offer). A Dream Job option is available if, after 60% of the batch is placed, a new offer is ≥ 1.5× the earlier CTC.

XISS continues to offer 100% placement assistance across all four PGDM programs, Human Resource Management, Rural Management, Marketing Management, and Financial Management.

All its PGDM courses are AICTE-approved, NBA-accredited, and AIU-recognized, making them equivalent to an MBA.
