Candidates shortlisted for MBA PI round will soon receive offline WAT, GD, and interview schedule via email.

XIM University has announced the PI shortlist for MBA admissions 2026, confirming that selected candidates will proceed to the next stage of the admission process. Applicants who applied through CAT, XAT, GMAT, XGMT, or NMAT can now check their status.
The university will conduct the offline WAT/GD/PI rounds, and shortlisted candidates will receive detailed schedules and instructions through email shortly. The process applies to flagship MBA-BM and MBA-HRM programmes for the 2026–28 batch.
Candidates whose names appear in the shortlist will proceed to the offline selection round, which includes the Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI).
The XIM University will share venue details, reporting time, and required documents through email, so applicants should regularly check both their inbox and spam folder to avoid missing any important communication.
For the flagship MBA-Business Management (BM) programme, competition is generally higher, with expected cutoffs around CAT 90–93 percentile and XAT 87–89 percentile, while GMAT and NMAT scores are also evaluated competitively.

In comparison, the MBA-Human Resource Management (HRM) programme usually has slightly lower cutoffs, typically around CAT 84–90 percentile and XAT 83–91 percentile, with XGMT and NMAT scores considered along with sectional criteria, making HRM a suitable option for candidates with moderate scores but strong overall profiles.

Shortlisted students should now focus on:
- Practicing essay writing and current affairs topics for WAT
- Improving communication and group discussion skills
- Revising academics, work experience, and HR/business basics
