Woxsen University, Hyderabad has extended the Regular Admission Round 5 application deadline for all undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programmes to June 15, 2026. Candidates can submit applications on the official portal at woxsen.edu.in.

The extension applies across UG offerings such as B.Tech, BBA, B.Des, BCA, BA, B.Arch, B.Sc, BA-LLB and BBA-LLB. It also covers PG programmes including MBA, M.Tech and M.Des.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?

Eligibility differs by programme level and stream. The table below lists the minimum requirements set by the university.

The MBA for Experienced Professionals track requires a minimum of three years of work experience. English proficiency is mandatory across all programmes.

Accepted Entrance Exams

Woxsen University accepts a wide pool of national and university-level entrance scores. UG candidates may apply with WAT, SAT, CUET, CLAT or NATA scores depending on the programme.

PG aspirants for MBA can use CAT, XAT, GMAT, NMAT, MAT or the Woxsen Admission Test (WAT). M.Tech and M.Des seats consider GATE, CEED and WAT scores.

The application is fully online. Candidates need an active email ID and scanned academic documents before starting.

Woxsen Selection Process Explained

The admission flow follows a five-step structure. After form submission, shortlisted candidates appear for a qualifying entrance exam if not already submitted.

Selected applicants are then called for a personal interview that assesses communication, conduct and clarity. Provisional offer letters are issued based on composite scores.

Candidates must accept the offer and pay the commitment fee within seven days. Final admission is confirmed after verification of Class 12 or UG results.

Scholarship Benefits for Round 5 Applicants

All applicants are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships. The university offers up to 50% tuition fee waiver for UG and PG candidates based on composite scores.

Sports scholarships of up to 100% tuition coverage are available for student-athletes with state, national or international achievements. Woxsen has allocated Rs 65 crore towards scholarships for the 2025-26 academic year.

Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis during early application cycles. Applying in Round 5 keeps candidates eligible for the remaining merit pool.
