The CEO of VGU, Mr. Omkar Bagaria has given the credits for achieving the third spot in Global University Ranking 2024 to the entire university community.
New Delhi: Vivekananda Global University (VGU) Jaipur has achieved the third spot in the Global University Ranking 2024 for its innovative strategies and dedication to inclusivity, as recognized by the DEI and SI rankings. VGU is Rajasthan's first ever NAAC AAA+ accredited university.
Mr. Omkar Bagaria, The Chief Executive Officer of Vivekananda Global University has given the credits for this achievement to the whole university community comprising students, faculty and other staff members.
The Chairperson of VGU, Mr. Lalit K Panwar, emphasized the university’s holistic approach to education that is equally concerned with developing all aspects of students' personalities. With a student population exceeding 12,000 from virtually all Indian states as well as 18 other countries around the world, VGU delivers over 100 career-focused programs which range from diploma to doctoral levels. He also spoke about VGU being an international university that draws students globally including those from almost every state in India and 18 other nations pursuing different undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Mr. Santosh Kumar, the acting President of Vivekananda Global University Jaipur, shared that according to him, the university being ranked third in the nation demonstrated a continuous upward momentum of academic progress. He observed that VGU had rapidly risen in the realm of higher education, elevating itself as one of the premier universities in Rajasthan and India at large. Additionally, Santosh Kumar states that VGU's achievements were symbolic of their pledge towards quality education; they also aim to foster an atmosphere supporting academic brilliance and individual metamorphosis.
