Utkal University has announced the commencement of admissions for the academic year 2025 for its Master in Public Health and MBA in Rural Management programs. Applications are open, and eligible candidates are encouraged to apply before the deadlines. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD will have to pay the application fee of INR 500.

Utkal University MPH and MBA RM Fee Details 2025
Candidates are required to produce a crossed Bank Draft Bankers Cheque towards the course fee in favour of "The Comptroller of Finance, Utkal University, VaniVihar, Bhubaneswar-4" payable at any nationalized bank in Bhubaneswar at the time of admission. The candidates applying can go through the following table for fee details:

The application fee has to be in the favour of the Registrar, Utkal University payable at any nationalized bank in Bhubaneswar.
Utkal University MPH and MBA RM Documents Required 2025
The candidate must come with the original and two self-certified photocopies of each of the following documents failing which your claim of admission will be forfeited:
- Submit the original College Leaving Certificate (CLC).
- Provide three attested stamp-sized recent photographs.
- Submit original mark sheets of all examinations, starting from Class 10th.
- Provide original or provisional certificates for all passed examinations.
- Submit the original Migration Certificate (if not available during admission, it must be submitted within two months).
- Include relevant certificates (e.g., caste, PH, EXM, ESM, ISM, sports, etc.) as mentioned in the information bulletin.
- Misinformation or falsified documents will result in cancellation of admission and legal action.
- SC/ST candidates of Odisha seeking Post-Matric Scholarships must collect the application form "F" during admission and present their original caste certificate.
Note: The candidates have to complete all the processes within the given period. The extension of time will be allowed.
