HNBUMU has opened Round 3 registration for Uttarakhand NEET UG 2026 counselling. Apply by October 5 at hnbumu.ac.in. Seat allotment on October 9 for 302 MBBS and BDS seats across state colleges.
The Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) has opened registration. The Round 3 counselling portal for NEET UG 2026 is now live. Candidates can apply at hnbumu.ac.in from September 29, 2026 onwards.
The registration and choice filling window closes on October 5, 2026. The portal will shut at 5 PM on the final day. No late submissions will be accepted after this cut-off.
The seat allotment result will be released on October 9, 2026. Allotted candidates must join their college by October 14, 2026. This is the third and final round of state counselling.

Who Is Eligible to Participate in Round 3?
Round 3 is open to all NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates. Applicants must meet state domicile and category eligibility rules. The round also follows National Medical Commission and Dental Council of India norms.
Candidates allotted in earlier rounds should check joining and upgradation rules. Fresh candidates who missed earlier rounds can also register now.

The entire process runs online through the HNBUMU portal. Follow the steps given below to complete your registration.
- Visit the official portal at hnbumu.ac.in.
- Click on the Round 3 registration link on the homepage.
- Log in using your NEET UG 2026 credentials.
- Fill in personal, academic, and category details carefully.
- Pay the counselling fee through the online gateway.
- Fill college and course preferences in order of priority.
- Lock your choices before October 5 at 5 PM.
Round 3 is the final counselling round for the 2026 session. Students who miss this window cannot apply for state quota seats. The next counselling cycle will begin only in the following academic session.
