TGCHE has released the TS LAWCET and PGLCET Phase 3 Counselling 2026 schedule. Registration opens on September 15 at lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in and closes on September 17. The final seat allotment will be declared on September 25.

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has released the schedule. It covers Phase 3 counselling for law admissions in the state. The notification is available at lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in. Eligible candidates can complete the entire process online.
The schedule applies to two Telangana law entrance tests. These are TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET 2026. TS LAWCET stands for the Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test. TS PGLCET is the Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test. Osmania University conducts both examinations on behalf of TGCHE.

TS LAWCET and PGLCET Counselling Fee
Candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee during registration. The amount depends on the applicant's social category. Payment can be made through net banking, debit card, or credit card.

The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online. Candidates cannot submit the registration form without completing this payment.
Who Can Apply for Phase 3 Counselling?
The final phase is open to all qualified 2026 candidates. This includes those who did not secure a seat earlier. Left-out candidates from the first two rounds may also apply. Candidates seeking to change their allotted seat can exercise fresh options.
Courses Covered Under the Counselling
TS LAWCET provides admission to two undergraduate law programmes. These include the three-year LL.B. and the five-year integrated LL.B. The five-year course is offered to Class 12 pass-outs. The three-year course is for graduates from any stream. TS PGLCET grants admission to the two-year LL.M. programme. Seats are offered across Telangana's affiliated law colleges.
Certificate Verification for Special Categories
Candidates under NCC, CAP, PH, and sports categories need physical verification. TGCHE will conduct this at designated help-line centres. Applicants must carry all original certificates for inspection. The verification schedule appears in the official notification.
Documents Required for Counselling
Candidates should keep the following documents ready before starting registration:
- TS LAWCET or PGLCET 2026 rank card and hall ticket
- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and certificates

What Happens After Seat Allotment?

This is the final centralised counselling round for the 2026 session. No dropouts or cancellations will be permitted after the final allotment. Candidates should fill web options with careful thought before submission.
