Thapar University (Deemed to be University) is inviting applications for admission to its BE/B.Tech program for 2025 via JEE Main 2025 Scores. The last date to apply is May 8, 2025. The application fee is INR 1500 if candidates register before May 8, 2025. After the specified date the application fee is INR 2000.

TIET BE/B.Tech Eligibility Criteria 2025
- The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate of three subjects, namely, Physics, Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical Vocational subject
- Passed 10+2 examinations in 2022, 2023 or 2024
- Should be a student of the BE/BTech programme of a recognized Institute/University
- Qualified for the TIET Entrance Test
- Candidates should be a citizen of India
- Candidates should bear a good character and satisfy the prescribed requirements of the Institute

Applicants must submit the following documents during the admission process:
- HSC Mark Sheet and Certificate
- Birth Certificate
- Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.)
- Passport-sized Photographs
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
