KNRUHS has released the Telangana NEET UG 2026 Phase 1 seat allotment for MBBS under the Competent Authority Quota. Allotted candidates must pay the university fee, download the joining letter and report by September 8, 2026.

Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has issued the Telangana NEET UG 2026 Phase 1 MBBS seat allotment. The allotment has been released under the Competent Authority Quota (CQ). Students can check the college-wise allotment list at knruhs.telangana.gov.in.
Allotted candidates must report to their respective colleges by September 8, 2026 and complete all joining formalities. Failure to report before the deadline will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.

What Does the Phase 1 Allotment Cover?
Phase 1 covers seats in government and private medical colleges across Telangana. It includes the entire Competent Authority Quota in government colleges. It also covers 50 percent of Category-A CQ seats in private colleges. Both non-minority and minority private medical colleges are included in this phase.

How to Check the Telangana NEET UG 2026 Phase 1 Allotment?
Candidates can check the Phase 1 allotment result through the KNRUHS portal by following these steps:
- Visit the official website at knruhs.telangana.gov.in.
- Click on the Phase 1 college-wise allotment list link.
- Open the PDF displayed on the screen.
- Search for your name and NEET UG roll number.
- Check the allotted college and category details.
- Download and save the PDF for future reference.

How to Report at the Allotted College?
Allotted students must report to their respective colleges by September 8, 2026. They must complete the joining process and document verification within the prescribed window.
Candidates should carry all original documents, the paid fee receipt, and the printed allotment order. Admission will be confirmed only after the allotted college successfully verifies the documents.

How Much Fee Must Candidates Pay?

Students must keep the fee payment receipt or payment proof ready for document verification.

What Happens if Candidates Miss the Reporting Deadline?
Candidates who fail to report by September 8, 2026 will lose their allotted seats. The vacant seats will subsequently be included in the Phase 2 counselling pool.
Eligible candidates may still participate in Phase 2 counselling. However, they will be required to exercise fresh web options for the next round.
Phase 1 is the biggest round of Telangana MBBS counselling. It fills all state quota seats in government colleges at once. Missing this deadline can push candidates to lower preference colleges in later rounds.
