Official Registration Portals

The Selection Committee has hosted three distinct registration links for the different course streams. Candidates must select the correct link matching their target course, as forms are not interchangeable across portals.

All notifications, prospectuses and updates are published on the main portal at tnmedicalselection.net. Candidates should refer to the prospectus for their chosen stream to check eligibility, seat matrix and fee structure.

How to Complete the TN Counselling 2026 Registration?

The application is fully online. Candidates must submit personal, academic and category details along with scanned documents and the processing fee. The steps below apply to all three streams.

  • Visit the correct registration portal matching the target course.
  • Click on the new registration link and generate a user ID.
  • Fill in personal, communication and academic details as per certificates.
  • Upload scanned copies of the required documents in the prescribed format.
  • Pay the non-refundable registration fee through online payment modes.
  • Submit the form and download the confirmation page for records.

Who Should Apply Before the New Deadlines?

Candidates who have completed Class 12 with the required subjects and are seeking admission to nursing, pharmacy or allied health sciences programmes in Tamil Nadu government and self-financing institutions must register. Eligibility, age limits and reservation norms are laid out in the prospectus for each stream.

Applicants must ensure their community, nativity and academic certificates are ready before starting the form. Incomplete applications will not be processed after the 5:00 PM cut-off on the revised dates.

Why This Extension Matters

Nursing and Pharmacy candidates now get a fresh window to register. AHS Diploma aspirants receive a longer runway of two extra weeks. The extension gives students more time to arrange certificates and complete online payment.
