The Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER), Chennai, has released the Round 3 (Mop-Up Round) seat allotment results for the Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 session. This allotment covers PG Degree and Diploma courses across Government Medical Colleges, Self-Financing Medical Colleges (Government & Management Quota), and CMC Vellore.

Steps to Download Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Allotment Result

1. Visit Official Website: Go to tnmedicalselection.net.
2. Find Notification: Click on the link for "Provisional List of Candidates Allotted for PG Degree/Diploma Courses – Round 3."
3. Login: Enter your Login ID/Email ID and Password.
4. Pay Tuition Fee: Freshly allotted candidates must pay the required tuition fee online to unlock the download link.
5. Download Order: Save and print the Provisional Allotment Order for physical reporting.

Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 Documents Required for Physical Verification

Candidates must report to their allotted college with original documents and a set of self-attested photocopies:

• NEET PG 2025 Admit Card & Scorecard
• Provisional Allotment Order (Current Round)
• MBBS Degree Certificate and all professional year mark sheets
• CRRI Completion Certificate (Internship)
• Permanent/Provisional Medical Registration Certificate
• Community Certificate (if applicable)
• Nativity Certificate (with supporting evidence, if applicable)
• Aadhaar Card or valid Photo ID

Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 Key Rules & Forfeiture Policy

• No Resignation: Candidates who join their Round 3 allotted seat will not be allowed to vacate or resign.
• Penalty: Discontinuing after joining Round 3 will lead to forfeiture of the Registration Fee, Security Deposit, and Tuition Fee, plus a penalty as per the prospectus.
• Stray Round Eligibility: Only candidates who have not been allotted any seat across Round 1, Round 2, and Round 3 are eligible for the Stray Vacancy Round.

Note: Do not share the Login ID, Password, or OTP with anyone. Ensure sufficient funds are available for online fee payments to avoid transaction failures.
