Shree Jagannath Sanskrit University Admission 2023 Open for B.Ed Program; Last Date to Apply is May 1

New Delhi: Shree Jagannath Sanskrit University/ Vishwavidyalaya (SJSU/SJSV), has begun the application process for admission to B.Ed Program for the academic session 2023-24. Interested candidates can enroll for B.Ed Admission through the official portal, @sjsv.nic.in.

SJSU has notified that 50% of the total seats will be reserved for the students of SJSU, Puri and other 50% seats will be available for non-S.J.S.U. candidates. Candidates seeking B.Ed admissions can submit their online applications till May 1, 2023.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be called for an entrance test on June 11, 2023. The admit card for the same will be made available for registered candidates on May 1, 2023.

In order to enroll for admission to the SJSU B.Ed programme, candidates will have to meet the requisite eligibility & selection criteria.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have scored min 50% of marks in aggregate in Shastri/ B.A. Course is essential.
• A relaxation of 5% marks will be provided for SC & ST candidates.
• No Objection Certificate from the employer is required in case of in-service candidates. 
• Aspirants must be Minimum 20 years of age as on Dt: August 1, 2023. 

Selection Criteria

• Candidate's selection to the BEd programme will be done on the basis of merit in the entrance test conducted by the university, which is scheduled to be held on June 11, 2023.

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of SJSU @sjsv.nic.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, Click on the "Admission into two years Shiksha Shastri - B.Ed Courses (2023-24)" link available and go through the admission guidelines.

Step 3: If you meet the eligibility criteria, proceed to apply by clicking on "Payment Gateway" and pay the application fee.

Step 4: Now, download the SJSU B.Ed 2023 application form and fill out the form with necessary details.
