SGT University Invites Applications for PhD Admission 2026–27; Apply Online Till July 11

SGT University, Gurugram, has officially opened the application process for PhD admissions for the academic session 2026–27. Eligible candidates can apply online till July 11, 2026, as per the notification released by the university. Admissions are being offered across various streams under the PhD programme.

According to the SGT University Admission Schedule, the last date for submission of application forms is July 11, 2026. Candidates who successfully register will be required to appear for the PhD Entrance Examination scheduled on July 18, 2026. The entrance test will be conducted to assess the research aptitude and subject knowledge of applicants.

Candidates applying for the PhD programme at SGT University must have completed a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised university. Applicants should have secured at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates, as per government norms).

As per university guidelines, Candidates who have qualified for UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, GATE, SLET, or any other equivalent national-level fellowship/eligibility test may be exempted from the SGT University entrance examination.
