Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University Gurugram has announced the admission schedule for its Ph.D. programs for the 2025-26 academic session. Interested candidates are advised to apply as the application process is open.

SGT University has released the schedule for its PhD program for the academic year 2025. Candidates can go through the table given below:

Note: Registration will be canceled if you fail to pay the requisite fee by the first Saturday of September.
SGT PhD Eligibility Criteria 2025
Candidates who have completed:
- Master’s degree (1-year/2-semester after a 4-year bachelor’s or 2-year/4-semester after a 3-year bachelor’s) or equivalent, with at least 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grade.
- An equivalent qualification from a foreign institution accredited by a recognized authority under the law of its home country.
- 5% relaxation in marks or equivalent grade is allowed for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled/EWS and other categories as per Commission rules.
- Candidates with a 4-year/8-semester bachelor's degree must have a minimum of 75% aggregate marks or equivalent grade.
- Candidates with an M.Phil. degree and at least 55% marks or equivalent grade are eligible.
SGT PhD Selection Process 2025
The candidates applying for the PhD program must go through the following two processes to get admission to the course:
- Entrance Examination
- Personal Interview
SGT PhD Weightage 2025
The GATE/NET/JRF/SLET/CEED/MPhil qualified candidates will be exempted from appearing in the Entrance Test and their merit will be determined on the basis of weightage as under:

| Percentage of Marks Obtained in Post-Graduate Degree | 20 |

| Maximum Marks | 70 |
