Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science (SGSITS) is going to conduct college-level counseling to fill the vacant seats for various undergraduate and postgraduate programs for the 2024-25 session. The counseling will be conducted on November 30, 2024, between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM at the Registrar's Office of SGSITS.

• Admission Allotment Letter (if applicable).
• High School (10th) and Higher Secondary (12th) Mark Sheets and Certificates.
• Graduation Mark Sheets and Certificates (for PG admissions).
• Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous institution.
• Migration Certificate (if applicable).
• Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) issued by the competent authority.
• Income Certificate (for fee relaxation under certain categories).
• Aadhar Card or any government-issued photo identification.
• Domicile Certificate (if required for eligibility).
• Recent Passport-Sized Photographs (at least 2).
• Counselling Fee Receipt (if applicable).

The counseling dates are based on the schedule prescribed by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE).
