Admission Process
Step 1: The Candidate has to obtain the Allotment order from KEA-PGCET
- Report at Admission Section, RVITM, 8th Phase, JP Nagar, Bengaluru then report at Computer Centre (Ground Floor) for complete official formalities
- Verification of admission order issued by KEA and original documents
Step 2:
- Candidate must mention details, such as Student Name, Mobile No, and Name of PG course on the back side of the DD/UPI receipt
- DD to be handed over to the Cashier in person at Computer Centre (Ground Floor)
- Fees can be paid using NEFT/UPI and transaction slip must be submitted to the Cashier in person
Step 3:
- After submitting DD/NEFT/UPI details to the cashier, the candidate will be allowed for the entry of the application form in the systems put-up in the computer center.
- After entry of the application form, take a Printout of the application, then, the candidate & parent have to affix the signatures and submit all the necessary documents as given below to the admission authority in the computer center.
Documents Required
Candidates must submit the following documents at the time of admission:
- PGCET-2024 Rank sheet or KMAT-2024 scorecard
- Originals of 10th & 12th Marks Cards.
- Original 1st to 6th Semester Degree Marks Cards
- Original Provisional Degree Certificate/Degree Certificate
- Original Transfer Certificate and Study Certificate
- Caste certificate (if allotted under PGCET Caste category)/Income Certificate
- If the student studied outside Karnataka, then they have to compulsorily submit the
Photocopy of Student Aadhar Card
- Photocopy of PAN Card & Aadhar Card of Parent
- Two sets of photocopies of the above documents related to SL No. 1,2,3,4,5,6,&7
- Submit 2 recent color passport-size photographs
