To be eligible, students must have passed their 10+2 examinations with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for UG engineering programs with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognized board.

For PG programs like M.E. and M.Tech., candidates should possess a relevant bachelor's degree in engineering with valid entrance test scores such as TANCET, GATE, or Institute-specific exams.

The admission process is merit-based and involves counselling through TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) for UG courses, with entrance tests required for PG courses.
