Panjab University (PU) Chandigarh has released two engineering entrance test results. Both the PULEET 2026 and PUMEET 2026 scorecards are now live. The results were declared on July 1, 2026 through official press releases.

PULEET stands for Panjab University Lateral Engineering Entrance Test. It governs lateral entry into the second year of BE programmes. PUMEET stands for Panjab University Migration Engineering Entrance Test. It governs migration into BE and BTech courses at the university.

Who Do the PULEET and PUMEET Results Impact?

PULEET is meant for diploma holders in engineering streams. It offers direct entry into the second year of BE. Seats are offered across branches at UIET and allied institutes.

PUMEET is meant for students already pursuing BE or BTech elsewhere. It lets them migrate into Panjab University at the same year. Both tests are held annually by the university itself.

How to Check the PULEET and PUMEET 2026 Result?

Both results are published as PDF press releases on the exam portal. Candidates should follow the steps below to view the scorecard.

2. Open the noticeboard section on the homepage.
3. Click the press release link for PULEET 2026 or PUMEET 2026.
4. Download the PDF containing the roll number wise merit list.

The PULEET and PUMEET results follow a standard sequential process. Panjab University first released the provisional answer keys. Candidates then raised objections through the official window.
