Exam Timing Extended with Extra 15 Minutes
The Education Minister has announced an important update for Re-NEET 2026. Candidates will now get an extra 15 minutes during the examination. The new exam timing is 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM (instead of the original 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM). This additional time gives students more opportunity to complete their answers carefully. The extended duration applies to all candidates appearing for Re-NEET 2026 on June 21. The exam will be held in pen and paper-based mode for admission in undergraduate-level medical, dental and BSc nursing courses in India. Students seeking admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH or BSc Nursing courses have to qualify the NEET exam.
Admit Card Release Date
NEET 2026 admit card release date for the re examination is expected anytime by June 14. Students should regularly check official NTA portal to download admit card download link and important exam day instructions. Also, the NEET 2026 re-exam city intimation slip is expected to be released before the admit card.
