NSRCEL-IIM Bangalore Launches Entrepreneurship Program to Support College-Based Startup Founders; Know More Below

New Delhi: Campus Founders is a student entrepreneurship project designed by NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore's incubation arm, to assist college-based firm founders and recent graduates in turning their startup ideas into successful businesses.

As per IIM Bangalore, the four-month program is specifically designed to assist students in developing their initiatives while also pursuing academics.

According to a press release from NSRCEL Campus Founders, the event is designed to help students from many academic areas. Participants with startup ideas or functioning prototypes would be able to quickly explore approaches to minimum viable product (MVP) and product-market fit.

According to Anand Sri Ganesh, CEO of NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore, "the launch of this program will be pivotal in shaping the next generation of entrepreneurial talent in India."

“We intend to equip these student entrepreneurs with the required skill sets, mentorship, and network to help them build critical business abilities, overcome substantial barriers, and cultivate a growth mindset through Campus Founders,” he added.

The initiative would include workshops and hands-on mentorship for four months, as well as exchanges with seasoned entrepreneurs and industry experts.

By the end of the program, participants should be able to develop their business models, generate a validated income stream, build a growth-driven product roadmap, achieve product-market fit, research funding opportunities, and build a loyal client base.

Milind M. Manoj, CEO of PupilMesh, a startup from one of NSRCEL's previous cohorts, commented on his experience as a student entrepreneur at NSRCEL, saying, "My entrepreneurial journey with NSRCEL began in 2018."

“With no prior experience running a business and fresh out of college, NSRCEL provided us with the necessary exposure to quickly catch up on the essentials of running a venture. NSRCEL's programs allowed us to interact with other entrepreneurs and industry experts, as well as help us bring innovative solutions to market.”
