Noida International University Admission Process

Admissions are conducted through the NIU Scholarship cum Admission Test (NSAT) for technical programs or GD/PI for non-technical programs. We also accept scores from national and state-level entrance exams like JEE and CUET.

• Fill out the application form and then candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable application fee of INR 1100 via net banking, credit card, debit card, or wallet.
• After submitting your application, you will receive an acknowledgment email.
• After your documents are verified, you will receive a schedule for your entrance exam or GD/PI on your registered email. Ensure you contact admissions@niu.edu.in if you do not receive an acknowledgment within 3 working days.
• If selected for admission, you must reserve your seat by paying the semester or annual fees immediately. Failing to do so may result in your seat being allocated to another student.
• After the fee payment is confirmed, the University will issue a Provisional Admission Letter. The offer letter will be sent once the payment for semester/annual fees is confirmed by the accounts department.
• Candidates who receive the offer letter must pay the balance fees within 15 days to confirm their seat. Failure to do so will result in the seat being transferred to a waitlisted candidate.

Note: The fee paid for seat reservation is non-refundable and non-transferable, except for the refundable security deposit of INR 10,000, which is refunded after course completion.

Candidates have to send the payment details (including the application number, candidate's name, course, admission number, and a scanned copy of the bank receipt) to admissions@niu.edu.in.

Noida International University Admission 2025: Documents Required

• Class 10/ SSC Mark Sheet / “O” Level Certificate or equivalent mark sheet
• 10+2/Intermediate Marks Sheet/”A” Level Certificate or equivalent mark sheet for Undergraduate and postgraduate courses
• Graduation or equivalent mark sheet for Post Graduate courses.
• If required: Certification for Equivalence from AIU
• If required: Certification for Equivalence from AIU
• If required: – Counselling letter from CUET
• Transfer / Migration certificate (if any)
• Aadhar Card (for National)
• 4 recent Passport – size photos
