NIMCET 2026 Admit Cards Out; Exam on June 6

National Institute of Technology MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) 2026 admit cards have been released on the official portal. Candidates can now download their admit cards from nimcet.admissions.nic.in using their login credentials. The NIMCET 2026 examination is scheduled for June 6, 2026, and the admit card is a mandatory document for entry into the examination hall. NIMCET serves as the gateway for admission to MCA programs across 31 National Institutes of Technology (NITs). Candidates are advised to download and print their admit cards well before the exam date.

How to Download an Admit Card?

Visit nimcet.admissions.nic.in and click on the "Download Admit Card" link. Enter your registration number and password to log in. After submitting the details, download the admit card PDF and take a printout for exam day. Candidates should also verify all information mentioned on the admit card, including personal details, exam centre, and reporting time.

Exam Structure & Pattern

NIMCET 2026 will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions to be completed within 120 minutes. The paper will include questions from Mathematics, Analytical Ability, and Computer Awareness. Each correct answer carries one mark, while 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer. The examination will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.

Documents Required on Exam Day

Candidates must carry a printed copy of the NIMCET 2026 admit card along with a valid original photo ID proof such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID. Reaching the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the reporting time is recommended to avoid last-minute issues.

Important Instructions

The admit card is compulsory for exam entry, and candidates without it will not be permitted to appear for the examination. Carefully check all details mentioned on the hall ticket and report any discrepancies immediately.
