Candidate must be eligible for National Institute of Ayurveda M.sc Interdisciplinary Program as per the table below

| M.Sc. in Ayurveda Diet and Nutrition (Poshanahara) | BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BNYS, MBBS, B.Sc. in Dietetics, M.Sc. in Dietetics, or B.Sc. in Food and Nutrition from an accredited college connected to an institution of higher learning. Candidates need to be listed in the central or state registration. |
| M.Sc. in Ayurveda Manuscriptology | Sanskrit degrees from an accredited college affiliated with an accredited institution, such as BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BNYS, MBBS, or M.A. Candidates must be on the state or central registration list. |
| M.Sc. in Ayur-Yoga Preventive Cardiology | BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BNYS/Other AYUSH/MBBS graduates who have finished a required internship and graduated from an accredited college by their respective councils. Candidates need to be listed in the central or state registration. |
| M.Sc. in Sports Medicine and Marmalogy (Marma Chikitsa evam Kreeda bheshaj) | BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, BNYS, MBBS, B.Sc. (Sports Medicine), or B.PT. from an accredited college connected to an institution of higher learning. |
| M.Sc. in Saundarya Ayurveda (Ayurvedic cosmetology) | A B.Sc. in skin care and aesthetic medicine, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BYN, MBBS, or an equivalent medical degree from an accredited university or institution. |
| M.Sc. in Vrikshayurveda | B. A. M. S., B.Sc. (Agriculture), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Forestry), or any other science graduate from an accredited university with at least 50% of the possible points. |
The minimum age for the applicants must be 18 years old and the maximum age should not be more than 40 years old. The age of the candidate will be calculated on the date they appear for admission.
