NEET UG Counseling 2024: Final Allotment Result for Special Stray Vacancy Round Released

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), has released the Final Allotment Result for the UG Special Stray Vacancy Round of NEET 2024. Candidates allotted seats in this round must report to their respective colleges between November 25 and November 30, 2024.

Instructions for Allotted Candidates

• Reporting Period:

  Candidates must report to their allotted colleges between November 25 and November 30, 2024.

• Required Documents:
  • All original certificates and NEET-related documents.
  • Allotment letter and MCC-provided Data Sheet.
• Fee Payment:

  Candidates should pay the tuition and other required fees at the time of admission.

Important Updates

1. Seats Removed from Seat Matrix:

   As per court directions, the following seats have been withdrawn from the Special Stray Vacancy Round seat matrix:

   • Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, Puducherry
     • Institute Code: 200380
     • Seats Removed: 1 MBBS seat (Open category).
     • Reason: Directions from the High Court of Karnataka (W.P. 31219 of 2024).
   • Mahatma Gandhi Medical College, Puducherry
     • Institute Code: 200379
     • Seats Removed: 1 MBBS seat (Open category).
     • Reason: Directions from the High Court of Karnataka.

2. These seats have been permanently removed from the allotment process for this round.

• Failure to report within the stipulated period will result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat.
• Candidates are advised to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and verify institutional requirements in advance.
