Candidates allotted seats in this round must report to their respective colleges between November 25 and November 30, 2024.

Candidates must report to their allotted colleges between November 25 and November 30, 2024.
- Required Documents:
- All original certificates and NEET-related documents.
- Allotment letter and MCC-provided Data Sheet.
- Fee Payment:
Candidates should pay the tuition and other required fees at the time of admission.

- Seats Removed from Seat Matrix:
As per court directions, the following seats have been withdrawn from the Special Stray Vacancy Round seat matrix:

- Seats Removed: 1 MBBS seat (Open category).
- Reason: Directions from the High Court of Karnataka (W.P. 31219 of 2024).

- Seats Removed: 1 MBBS seat (Open category).
- Reason: Directions from the High Court of Karnataka.
- Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, Puducherry
- These seats have been permanently removed from the allotment process for this round.
