The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) successfully conducted the NEET MDS 2026 examination on May 2, 2026 in computer-based mode. The exam was held for a total duration of 3 hours with 240 multiple-choice questions divided into two parts: Part A (100 questions, 75 minutes) and Part B (140 questions, 105 minutes). Candidates who appeared for the examination reported that the overall difficulty level was moderate to difficult with highly analytical, conceptual, and application-based questions. The examination included clinical-based, concept-based, analytical, image-based, and application-based questions covering the BDS curriculum.
The NBEMS has clearly stated that no official answer key or answer sheet will be released to candidates. Candidates will not be able to access official answer keys or raise objections against answers, unlike some other national-level examinations.
