DG Vaishnav College provides a streamlined online application process for all its programs. The institution operates in two shifts: Shift-I (Aided) and Shift-II (Self-Finance/Unaided).

For UG courses (B.Com, B.Sc, BA, etc.), candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognized board with a minimum of 50%–60% marks (specific to the department). For PG courses, a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline is mandatory. Professional courses like MBA/MCA require a minimum of 60% in graduation.

Admission to most UG and PG programs is strictly based on academic merit (marks in the qualifying exam). However, MBA and MCA admissions are conducted through entrance exams like TANCET 2026 or MAT, followed by Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI) for MBA.

The fee varies by stream. For UG Aided, it is ₹100, and for Unaided, it is ₹300. PG courses range from ₹200 to ₹500, while the MBA application fee is ₹2,500.
