NCU Announces Ph.D. Admission Results for January 2025; Check Details Now

The NorthCap University has released the list of selected candidates for Ph.D. programs. Selected candidates are ready for Fellowship Interviews, which should be held on Friday, January 3, 2025. The last date for document verification is January 7, 2025.

NCU Ph.D. Document Verification

Here is a list of documents required at the time of admission for document verification:

• Class X Mark Sheet (as proof of birth date)
• Degree and Marksheets of UG & PG
• National Level Test Scorecard (NET/GATE/SLET, if applicable)
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer (only for part-time working candidates)
• Certificate of medical fitness from a registered medical practitioner (private or government)
• Original Migration Certificate (only required for applicants in the School of Law)
• Aadhaar Card
• Form 2 and 3
• Fee Receipt (original fee receipt to be shown and photocopy to be submitted to the PhD coordinator after fee submission)

Note: Candidates awaiting Master’s results must submit their documents within three months of Ph.D. program commencement, along with an HOD certification of thesis submission. The document verification slip issued must be provided to the accounts office before payment of the fee.

After sending the fees through RTGS you have to mail to fees2024-25evensem@ncuindia.edu with the following details:-

• Name and dept. of the student
• Phone no.
• UTR no, Amount & Date
• Account Holder Name
• Document verification slip

The accounts office will send you the receipt number within three working days.
