NBEMS has announced the introduction of mandatory time-bound sections in the NEET-SS 2024 question paper to enhance exam security. The paper will have three sections of 50 questions each, with no option to review or modify answers.

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced the implementation of mandatory time-bound sections in the NEET-SS 2024 examination question papers. This new structure has been introduced to strengthen the security and integrity of the examination process, following the initial announcement on 4th May 2024NEET SS 2024

Key Change in NEET-SS 2024 Paper Structure

The NEET-SS 2024 question paper will now be divided into three mandatory time-bound sections, each designed to ensure smooth exam conduct and eliminate any unfair practices.

  • Section A: 50 questions, 50 minutes
  • Section B: 50 questions, 50 minutes
  • Section C: 50 questions, 50 minutes

Candidates will not be allowed to move to the next section before the allotted time for the current section ends. Additionally, they will not be permitted to revisit or modify answers from the completed sections. The next section will automatically start once the time of the previous section ends.
