Interested candidates must register online by providing their name, email, and phone number to create an account. After account activation through OTP verification, candidates can select their preferred B.Tech programme and submit the application. The application fee is Rs. 1,000 for general, OBC, and EWS candidates, while SC and ST candidates pay Rs. 500. Payment must be completed online, and candidates should retain a PDF copy of their application for future reference.

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognized board in 2024, 2025, or 2026 with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Lateral entry candidates with a three-year engineering diploma and 60% marks (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PWD) can also apply.

All applicants must upload a passport-sized photograph, signature, and a mandatory medical fitness certificate in the prescribed format. Class X and XII certificates, marksheets, or admit cards (for pending results) must also be submitted during registration.

The entrance examination will be conducted at two centers: Mizoram University in Aizawl and a center in Guwahati. Candidates must fill a separate Google form to select their preferred exam center after submitting the online application.
