MP NEET PG 2025 Counselling Round 2 Revised Schedule Released; Seat Allotment on December 24

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has released the revised schedule for the second round of MP NEET PG 2025 counselling for admission to MD and MS programmes in the state. The updated schedule outlines key dates related to registration, choice filling, seat allotment, reporting, and upgradation options for eligible candidates.

As per the revised notification, the publication of vacancies for the second round will take place on December 19, 2025. Candidates will be allowed to raise objections against the published vacancies between December 19 and December 20, 2025. Following the disposal of objections, the final vacancy list will be published on December 20, 2025.

The authorities will also release the revised merit list and list of eligible candidates for the second round, along with vacancies, before the choice-filling process begins. Fresh choice filling and choice locking, which is mandatory for all candidates participating in the second round, including first-round admitted candidates opting for upgradation, will be conducted from December 21 to December 22, 2025.

The second round seat allotment result will be declared on December 24, 2025. Candidates allotted seats must report in person to their respective colleges for document verification and admission between December 25 and December 30, 2025.

Additionally, admitted candidates will have the option to express their willingness to upgrade to the mop-up round and apply for online resignation or cancellation of admission from December 26 to December 30, 2025. Candidates are advised to carefully follow instructions and lock their choices within the stipulated timelines to avoid disqualification.
