New Delhi: The State Common Entrance Test Cell has announced the seat allotment result for the first round of MHT CET counselling 2023, for the BE and BTech programmes. Aspiring candidates who participated in the counselling process can verify their seat allotment status on the official website, fe2023.mahacet.org. In order to access the results, candidates need to provide their application ID and date of birth.

Candidates who have been allotted seats are required to accept them and complete the admission process by reporting to the respective institutes between July 26 and July 28. The MHT CET cell will publish the vacant seats for CAP Round II on the website on July 29, 2023.

The MHT CET Counselling 2023 seat allotment result will reveal the college where they have been assigned seats. Depending on the allotted seats, candidates can make a choice between 'Freezing' or 'Non-Freezing' their seats. Following Round 1 admission, the vacancies for Round 2 will be displayed on July 29, 2023, and a similar process will be followed for Round 2 admission.

To check the MHT CET 2023 Seat Allotment result, candidates can follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website, fe2023.mahacet.org.

Step 2: From the homepage, search and click on the link "Check Provisional Allotment Status (CAP Round 1)."

Step 3: You'll be redirected to another login page.

Step 4: Enter your application ID and date of birth. Click on the submit button.

Step 5: The MHT CET seat allotment result will be displayed on the screen.

Step 6: Check the details and download it and print the seat allotment list for future reference.

MHT CET 2023 Seat Allotment: Important Instructions 

Following are the important instructions related to seat allotment:

• Candidates must self-verify the seat allotment by accepting the declaration through login. They need to ensure that the details related to qualifying marks, category, gender, reservation, and specific reservation mentioned in the application form are correct. The documents provided to support these claims must be authentic and accurate.

• If a candidate finds any incorrect information in their claims and intends to rectify the error, they should report the grievance through the online mode only.

• Candidates who have been allotted their first preference seat in the first round (auto freezed) are required to pay the seat acceptance fee through online mode via their login. Such candidates will not be eligible to participate in subsequent rounds.

• For candidates who have been allotted a seat other than their first preference and wish to get a better seat in the subsequent rounds, they must accept the allotted seat in the first round but choose the 'Not Freeze' option for betterment. They need to pay the seat acceptance fee through their login in online mode.
