Masters’ Union has released summer internship 2025 data of its Undergraduate Programme in Data Science & AI, revealing a strong year of internship outcomes, global exposure, and early pre-placement offers.
The institute continues its focus on career preparation from Day 1, and the latest Summer Internship 2025 report highlights how students are benefiting from hands-on learning and industry-driven training.
For the current cycle, 280 students secured internships, 110 from the Class of 2027 and 170 from the Class of 2028. The institute confirmed a 100% internship placement rate, marking another year of complete coverage. Students interned across India and abroad, in cities such as San Francisco, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai.
Masters’ Union has also reported an impressive ₹20 LPA average PPO before graduation, reflecting strong early career traction for students. This average, combined with multiple high-value offers, shows that companies are confident in hiring Masters’ Union undergraduates for full-time roles even before they complete their degree.
The highest stipend recorded reached ₹2.55 lakh.

The “Internship Role-o-Meter” highlights the distribution of roles students worked in: 26% in Strategy & Consulting, 24% in Marketing & Growth, 16% in Founder/CEO’s Office, 9% in VC & Investment Analysis, 8% in Finance & Analytics, 7% in Media, Content & Branding,5% in Product Management, 5% in Policy & Public Affairs
These numbers indicate that the programme is placing students in both analytical and leadership track roles early in their careers.

The internship data shows a wide geographical spread. Students worked with brands across India, including Jio, SAP, PwC, Edelweiss, Nestle, Perfetti, FICCI, KPMG, and Flipkart, along with global organisations. This wide reach demonstrates growing industry trust in the programme’s talent pipeline.
Across industries, students interned with consumer brands, tech companies, consulting firms, and finance organisations. Notable consumer brands include Zomato, Zepto, Keventers, Marks & Spencer, Pantaloons, Chaios, and mCaffeine. In tech, students worked with Rabbit AI, Vedantu, Think School, Skills, Flipkart, Schbang, and Bolt. Earth. Leading consulting firms such as KPMG, EY, PwC, HMC, BCG’s digital partners, and multiple strategy firms also hired interns. Finance internships were secured at YES Bank, IndusInd Bank, InCred Capital, Leap Finance, Renegade Insurance, Pocket, and Drona Pay.

The report also highlights 90+ strategic wins, reflecting the number of offers from firms that typically hire only postgraduates.
