MANAGE PDGAEM admission for 2025 is open. In-service employees from the central and state governments who have graduated in agriculture and other disciplines are eligible to apply for the PDGAEM program.

National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE) Hyderabad is inviting applications for its Post Graduate Diploma in Agricultural Extension Management (PGDAEM) Admission 2025. Candidates interested in applying should follow the steps outlined below and apply for the program before March 15, 2025.
The institute has also announced the shortlist of candidates for the final selection process for admission to PGDM (ABM). The final selection process includes Essay Writing, Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI). The Final Selection Rounds will take place from April 2, 2025, to April 24, 2025.

MANAGE PDGAEM and PGDM-ABM Program Last Application Date
Candidates seeking admission to the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management's Post Graduate Diploma in Agricultural Extension Management must apply in accordance with the table below:

MANAGE PDGAEM Program Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Post Graduate Diploma in Agricultural Extension Management program offered by the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Eligible participants include in-service employees of the central and state governments who have earned degrees in agriculture and related fields like horticulture, veterinary medicine, and fisheries, as well as other graduates working in the departments of agriculture and related fields of the central, state, and UT governments and State Agricultural Universities (SAUs). The program is also open to Block & Assistant Technology Managers (BTMs & ATMs) of ATMA and Subject Matter Specialists (SMSs) of Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs).
- Employees in the aforementioned departments will be given preference. All graduates in agriculture and related fields, as well as those employed by agribusiness firms, non-governmental organizations, cooperatives, farmers' organizations, agribusiness owners, and input dealers, are also qualified.
MANAGE PDGAEM Program Application Procedure
Candidates interested in the MANAGE PDGAEM program must apply by following the below-mentioned steps:
- Step 1:
- All applicants from government agencies should send in their applications (as listed in the brochure) to their direct supervisors, asking them to forward them.
- For admission to the PGDAEM, the applications must be sent to the Project Director, ATMA of the relevant district.
- Applications should be sent to the SAMETIs in each state by private applicants from private companies.
- Step 2:
- Following review of the applications, the Project Director will transmit them to the State's Director-SAMETI, requesting that they be forwarded to the State Nodal Officer (SNO), Extension Reforms.
- Step 3:
- In turn, the Director SAMETI will gather the applications and submit them to their State's State Nodal Officer (SNO), Extension Reforms, for approval.
- Step 4:
- It may be suggested that all applications accepted by SNO* be managed for admission to the 18th PGDAEM batch.
All government and SAU candidates' applications should be submitted through the right channels exclusively. The final admittance of candidates is at the discretion of the Director General, MANAGE. Candidates' requests to withdraw from the course will not be considered after one month after registration. All such inquiries should be routed through ATMA/SAMETI exclusively.
