The Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), West Bengal, has declared the Common Entrance Test (MAKAUT CET) 2026 result on the official portal at cetmat.formflix.com. The rank card has been released on June 20, 2026, as per the schedule published on the official applicant portal.

Qualified candidates can now download their rank card through the Applicant Login section using the registration number and password generated at the time of application. The CBT-based test was conducted on June 2, 2026.

The MAKAUT CET 2026 result will be used for admission to non-AICTE undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered by the university and its affiliated institutes. The rank card is a mandatory document for the counselling and document verification round.

2. Click on the Applicant Login section on the homepage.
3. Enter the registration number and password received during sign-up.
4. Open the rank card link displayed on the dashboard.
5. Download the PDF and take a printout for future reference.

The university has advised candidates to log out properly after downloading the document. Login credentials must be kept confidential at all times.

What Happens After the MAKAUT CET 2026 Result?

The result marks the start of the centralised counselling process for non-AICTE programmes. Selected candidates will be called for choice filling, document verification, and seat allotment based on their rank.

Eligible candidates can choose colleges and courses through the Applicant Login on the official portal. Seat allotment will be carried out as per the rank obtained in the MAKAUT CET 2026 exam.

After seat allotment, candidates must report to the allotted institute. The admission fee has to be paid there to reserve the seat. Failure to produce the rank card during counselling will lead to disqualification from the admission process.
