MAH CAP 2026 Registration Begins for MEd and Integrated BEd-MEd Programmes; Check Steps to Apply

The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra has opened the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) 2026 registration for the Master of Education (MEd) and the Three-Year Integrated Bachelor of Education and Master of Education (BEd-MEd) programmes. The registration began on June 16, 2026 through the official portal cetcell.mahacet.org.

The CET Cell has launched two dedicated CAP portals for the two courses. Eligible candidates must register, fill the application form, upload the required documents, and pay the processing fee on the relevant portal. MAH CAP 2026 Key Portals

Each programme has a separate admission portal. Candidates must register on the portal that matches the course they are seeking admission to.

MAH CAP 2026 Dates 

Only candidates who have a valid MAH MEd CET 2026 score can apply for the MEd CAP. Similarly, candidates with a valid MAH Integrated BEd-MEd CET 2026 score must register for the Integrated BEd-MEd CAP. Both Maharashtra State and All India candidates are eligible to participate.

Candidates must also meet the academic eligibility set by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and the State Government for the respective course. The detailed eligibility norms are listed in the official notice on the CET Cell website.

How to Register for MAH CAP 2026?

Candidates can follow these steps to complete the CAP registration online.

1. Visit the relevant CAP portal listed in the table above.
2. Click on the new candidate registration link on the homepage.
3. Enter the MAH CET 2026 application number and required login details.
4. Fill in personal, academic, reservation, and contact information.
5. Upload scanned copies of the required documents.
6. Pay the CAP registration fee online through the available payment modes.
7. Submit the form and save the confirmation page for future reference.

Documents Required for E-Scrutiny

Candidates must keep scanned copies of supporting documents ready before starting the registration. The required documents typically include the following.

• MAH CET 2026 score card for the relevant course.
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates.
• Graduation and post-graduation mark sheets, wherever applicable.
• Domicile certificate for Maharashtra State candidates.
• Caste, caste validity, and non-creamy layer certificates for reserved category candidates.
• Aadhaar card and a recent passport-size photograph.
• PwD, EWS, orphan, or other special category certificates, wherever applicable.

Documents will be verified through the online e-scrutiny process. Candidates whose documents are found incomplete will get a chance to make grievance submissions within the stipulated window.
