State Common Entrance Test Cell has started self-verification, seat acceptance, and institute reporting for CAP Round II on October 22, 2024. The last date for performing these activities is October 24, 2024. The authority has released the cut-off list for Maharashtra & minority seats of CAP Round-II for admission to the first-year undergraduate technical course in B.Pharmacy & Post Graduate Pharm.D for the 2024-25 session.

Reporting to allotted colleges October 22 to 24, 2024 up to 5 pm
Display of provisional vacant seats for CAP Round III October 20, 2024
Choice filling October 26 to 28, 2024
Display of provisional seat allotment October 30, 2024
Seat acceptance by candidates November 4 to 6, 2024 up to 3 pm
Reporting to allotted colleges November 4 to 6, 2024 up to 5 pm
For vacant seats, institutions will take admission from registered candidates November 9 to 14, 2024
Cut-off Date for all types of admissions November 14, 2024
Last date for uploading the data (For institutions) November 14, 2024

Documents Required for Admission

  • A printed copy of the online application form was submitted for CAP.
  • Admit card for the entrance exam
  • Scorecard of the qualifying examination (e.g., MHT CET, JEE Main).
  • Mark sheets of Class 10 and Class 12 (or equivalent).
  • Provisional or passing certificate of Class 12.
  • 5. Birth Certificate
  • 6. Caste Certificate
  • 7. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (For OBC candidates, a non-creamy layer certificate issued by a competent authority)
  • 8. Domicile Certificate (A domicile certificate for candidates claiming Maharashtra state quota)
  • 9. Minority Certificate (For candidates applying under the minority quota, a valid minority certificate)
  • Government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar card, passport, etc.).
  • Passport-sized photographs
  • Bank Demand Draft

Note: Candidates must bring the original copy along with printouts of every document. Only after document verification by the allotted institutes, the admission process can be completed.
