The University of Kashmir has declared that the candidates named in the appended selection lists have been provisionally admitted to the B.Ed program at private affiliated colleges. This fills openings caused by incomplete admission formalities by previous candidates, with selections based on UG/PG merit and college preferences supplied by applicants. Candidates qualified for admission to the University of Kashmir's B.Ed Program must complete all admission processes, including document verification, by January 14, 2025.

KU B.Ed Program Admission Documents Required
When applying for admission to the University of Kashmir B.Ed Program, candidates must have the following documents with them.
- Mark sheets for 10th, 12th, and final year of graduation.
- Certificates: 10th and 12th grade certificates, provisional certificates or graduation degrees, migration certificates.
- Photographs: Eight colored photographs
- Aadhaar Card: The candidate's Aadhar card
- Reserved category certificate: Original certificate, if applicable.
- Character Certificate: Original certificate.
- Affidavit: Stating that you are not enrolled in any other institution, that all documents are legitimate, and that you agree with the university's standards.
- Bank slip: Original university copy of the bank slip.
KU B.Ed Program Admission Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be eligible as per the below-mentioned criteria to apply for the University of Kashmir B.Ed program.
- Obtain a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 45% in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Have a bachelor's degree acquired using the 10+2+3 format.
- Possess a postgraduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks in any subject.
Admission of individuals from outside Jammu and Kashmir is contingent on the qualifying examination/university being recognized by UGC, which would be secured by the Registration Section of the appropriate University of Kashmir-associated colleges.
