Registration Process
Candidates can register their options for the stray vacancy allotment through the official website: www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Only those who meet the eligibility criteria and are listed in the Integrated Five-Year LLB Course Rank List 2024 are allowed to participate. Candidates must carefully review the vacancy details and consider probable category conversions before submitting their options.
The option registration process involves a non-refundable fee payment of ₹1,000 for general candidates and ₹500 for SC/ST/OEC categories or those eligible for specific government benefits. Candidates who fail to secure an allotment will have their registration fee refunded, except in cases of non-compliance with allotment conditions.
General Rules
Candidates who receive an allotment in this phase are required to report to the allotted college with all original certificates as per Clause 19 of the prospectus. They must also remit the tuition fees and any applicable deposits at the time of admission. Failure to complete these steps within the specified timeline will result in the cancellation of the allotment, and such candidates will not be eligible for further rounds of allotment.
- Importantly, seats allotted through the stray vacancy process cannot be changed or swapped in subsequent phases.
- If further vacancies arise after this round, they will be filled through additional stray vacancy allotments, using the same registered options from this phase.
Key Instructions
- Candidates already admitted or allotted seats in earlier phases are not eligible to participate.
- Vacancies arising from category conversions will also be included in this allotment.
- Allotment results are subject to final orders from the Government, Bar Council of India, and the respective University.
