K-LAT 2026 Counselling Schedule Out for UG Law Admissions; Choice Filling Open Till January 28

The K-LAT 2026 Counselling schedule has been officially released for UG law programmes. Candidates seeking admission to integrated law courses, including B.A. LL.B, B.B.A. LL.B, and B.Sc. LL.B can now check the detailed timeline and prepare accordingly.

As per the KIIT official notification, the online choice filling process will begin on January 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM and will remain open till January 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Candidates are advised to carefully fill and lock their preferred choices within the given time frame, as no changes will be allowed after the deadline.

The Provisional Branch Allotment Result for K-LAT 2026 will be declared on January 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The allotment will be done based on candidates’ merit and the preferences submitted during choice filling. After seat allotment, selected candidates will be required to complete the fee payment process between January 30 and February 5, 2026.

Documents Required for Counselling

Before participating in the online counselling process, candidates must keep the following documents ready in scanned format:

• Class 10th Pass Certificate
• Class 12th Mark Sheet (for passed candidates)

It is important to note that the final allotment is subject to verification of the Class 12th mark sheet and fulfilment of the eligibility criteria prescribed by the authorities.
