On the first day of the program, candidates must present an original copy of their mark sheets and certificates for 10th, 12th, B.E., M.E., and more for verification.

The KJ Somaiya Institute of Technology has announced the list of candidates who have been accepted into its PhD program. Candidates whose names appear on the list will receive additional information at the start of classes and, if applicable, counseling sessions via the email address they provided when submitting their applications. Once submitted, email addresses cannot be changed under any circumstances.

KJSIEIT PhD Program Documents Required

Candidates selected for KJ Somaiya Institute of Technology must have with them the documents listed below:

Mark sheets and certificates for 10th, 12th, B.E., and M.E.
Convocation certificates for B.E. and M.E.
MU Eligibility Form for M.E. from other than Mumbai University
LC/TC and Migration from other than Mumbai University
PET Qualifying Certificate or University CONCOL Approval letter
NOC or Sponsorship Letter from the Employer
Name change Certificate for married female candidates
