The choice filling window for qualified candidates now remains open until June 27, 2026. The extension covers B.Tech, B.Tech Lateral Entry, other undergraduate (UG) programmes, and postgraduate (PG) programmes offered by KIIT. The revised schedule was published on the official admission website at kiitee.kiit.ac.in. Candidates who had not finalised their choices within the earlier window now have one more opportunity to participate.

Phase 2 counselling is meant for candidates who did not secure a seat in Phase 1. It is also open to those who skipped the first round of allotment. Once choices are locked, no further edits will be permitted by the counselling system.
