The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala has released the provisional Kerala NEET Undergraduate (UG) Rank List 2026 for MBBS admission. The list is now live on the official portal at cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates who registered for KEAM 2026 medical stream can check their state rank in the provisional list.

The rank list has been prepared for candidates seeking admission to MBBS and allied medical courses under the Kerala state quota. It is based on the NEET UG 2026 scores submitted by KEAM applicants to CEE Kerala. The provisional list will be followed by the final rank list after the complaint window closes.

The provisional list carries the state rank of eligible KEAM medical applicants. Each entry shows the candidate name, application number and Kerala state rank. It also reflects the NEET UG all-India rank, percentile and score used for ranking. Only candidates who submitted valid NEET UG 2026 scores to CEE feature in this list.

The list is provisional and open to correction. Candidates must verify all details carefully before the complaint window closes. Any errors in personal data, category or score must be flagged to CEE Kerala at the earliest.

How to Download the Kerala NEET UG Rank List 2026?

The rank list is available as a downloadable PDF on the CEE Kerala portal. Candidates can follow the steps below to access it.

1. Visit the official CEE Kerala website at cee.kerala.gov.in.
2. Click on the KEAM 2026 Candidate Portal link on the homepage.
3. Open the notification titled Provisional Rank List for MBBS admission.
4. Click the direct MBBS Rank List PDF link.
5. Use Ctrl + F to search your application number or name.
6. Download and save the PDF for future reference.

Who Is Eligible to Feature in the Rank List?

Only KEAM 2026 registered candidates who submitted their NEET UG scorecard details to CEE Kerala are ranked. The score submission window closed on August 11, 2026. The profile defect rectification window closed on August 13, 2026.

Applicants who missed either window will not appear in the provisional list. Such candidates should immediately contact CEE Kerala for guidance on late corrections.

Kerala NEET UG 2026 Counselling Process

The provisional rank list is the first step of the Kerala medical counselling process. Only candidates named in the final rank list can take part in seat allotment rounds. Counselling covers government, self-financing and private medical colleges in Kerala.

CEE will next release the counselling schedule with option registration and choice filling dates. Candidates must fill college and course preferences during this window. Seat allotment will follow based on state rank, category and choices submitted.
