The Kerala Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has announced the second phase of stray vacancy allotment for AYUSH and Allied Medical courses. Candidates can register new options through the official website until November 21, 2024, 11:59 PM. This round aims to fill vacancies that arose after the first phase of stray vacancy allotment in both government and self-financing colleges.

Key Highlights:
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Only candidates included in the Kerala State Medical Rank List published by CEE are eligible.
- Candidates who participated in earlier rounds and retained their seats are ineligible.
- Individuals flagged as ineligible by the AACCC on November 12, 2024, will not be considered.
- Registration Process:
- Candidates must register options online via the CEE website (cee.kerala.gov.in).
- An online fee of ₹10,000 for general candidates or ₹500 for SC/ST/OEC candidates must be paid to register options.
- Fees and Penalties:
- Fees must be paid based on the 2023-24 academic year structure for self-financing colleges until the 2024-25 rates are determined.
- Registration fees will be adjusted toward tuition fees for allotted candidates or refunded for unallotted ones.
- Candidates failing to join after allotment or quitting after admission will face penalties and forfeiture of registration fees.
Guidelines:
- Candidates must carefully select courses and colleges they are willing to join.
- No seat changes will be allowed once allotted through the stray vacancy process.
Future Allotments:
- If vacancies remain, a third phase of stray vacancy filling will be conducted. However, students forfeiting their seats after this allotment will not be eligible for the next round.
